to Suit Every Need

Enterprises from Hong Kong, Macau and the Mainland can apply for “Q-Mark” certification and choose from different certification schemes according to their business nature.

Hong Kong Q-Mark Product Scheme

The scheme aims to give recognition to enterprises which produce quality products with an effective quality management system. The Hong Kong Q-Mark Council will conduct product testing based on international or national standards.

Hong Kong Q-Mark Service Scheme

The scheme aims to give recognition to enterprises which adopt successful strategies to offer excellent services to meet customer’s expectations. We will assess an applicant’s service through different ways such as mystery shopper visits and company assessments.

Hong Kong Q-Mark Service (Cyan) Scheme

The scheme aims to give recognition to shopping centres, retail shops, salons and restaurants which offer splendid services to satisfy customer’s expectations. The Council will assess an applicant based on a wide spectrum of service scopes including its infrastructure and environment, staff performance and customer service level.

Hong Kong Green Mark Certification Scheme

The scheme aims to give recognition to enterprises which adopt an environmental management system to promote green and sustainable manufacturing. We will assess an applicant’s production processes and systems based on the Green Mark requirements.

Hong Kong Q-Mark Council

Established under FHKI in 1978, the Hong Kong Q-Mark Council actively encourages enterprises to elevate their product, service and environmental standards through the Q-Mark schemes, so as to enhance their competitiveness and win over consumers’ support.(For More Detail)
