Karen Chan, FHKI Deputy Chairman and Chairman of the Hong Kong Q-Mark Council, expressed her gratitude for the industry's enthusiastic support for the Award. She said, “The catering industry significantly influences our society's carbon footprint. FHKI is delighted to witness the sector's proactive adoption of innovative strategies to implement low-carbon and ESG initiatives. These efforts make a tangible contribution to environmental protection, consumer well-being, and broader societal objectives.”
