Led by HKATC Chairman Mr Andrew Young and Vice-chairman Mr Chris Chan, HKATC organized a visit to Shenzhen Foxconn Technology Group and DJI Technology Co Ltd.

The group visited the Shenzhen base of Foxconn and were shown their showcase of Intelligent Manufacturing, Industrial Internet Centre and Smart Plant Factory.  After lunch at the cafeteria served with produce from the Plant Factory, the group visited DJI Technology.  Major products were introduced while members could have a first-hand experience of controlling camera drones in a demonstration. Members and representatives from the two companies engaged in interactive discussions on automation, smart manufacturing, industry development and possible future collaborations between each other.
