With an aim to facilitate smart manufacturing, FHKI Group 32 (Hong Kong Automation Technology Council) (“HKATC”) has organised a series of technical seminars since its establishment which were well received by FHKI members.

The recent technical seminar was successfully held on 14 November 2019 (Thursday) at INDEX, with the topic "Cyber Security for Operation Technology (OT) Environment and IoT Application".

Mr Key Hau, Cyber Security Evangelist, Checkpoint Software Technologies, and Mr Winson To, General Manager of Nam Wah Intelligent Automation, who are experts in this area were invited to share their valuable insights on the application and development of cybersecurity for operation technology and IoT application with live demo. HKATC Chairman Mr Andrew Young delivered a welcome speech and presented souvenirs to the two guest speakers. Executive Committee Member Mr Roy Lim moderated the Q&A session.
