FHKI attains ISO 9001

The Federation of Hong Kong Industries (“FHKI”) is excited to announce that we have attained ISO 9001:2015 certification in recognition of our outstanding management and determination in continuously enhancing our overall professional performance. ISO 9001:2015 is an international quality management system accredited by the International Organization for Standardization in 2015. It helps organizations work towards their strategic goals in a systematic manner and provide customers with quality products or services. This ISO certification, audited by Bureau Veritas Certification Holding SAS - UK Branch, covers FHKI’s Membership Relations Management, Intellectual Property Registration and Certificate of Origin Issuance.

Today, FHKI Chairman Dr Sunny Chai and various leaders attended the ISO 9001 Certificate Presentation Ceremony. Dr Sunny Chai said, “FHKI is committed to enhancing governance efficiency. Through this ISO certification, FHKI’s operations and procedures are recognized as meeting international standards. In the future, FHKI endeavours to provide excellent services for our members and the business sector so that we can continue to foster global competitiveness of the industry.”
