From 10 February 2020, the Hong Kong Container Terminal Operators Association (HKCTOA) members’ terminal operators in Kwai Tsing Terminals will only accept Electronic Release Order (eRO) for release of import containers to truckers at their gatehouse.  Reportedly, the eRO service will levy a service charge with effect on 01/03/2020.

HKCTOA members include:

1. 1. Asia Container Terminals;
   2. COSCO-HIT Terminals;
   3. Goodman DP World;
   4. Hongkong International Terminals; and
   5. Modern Terminals.
