The Committee on Promoting Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) under the Federation of Hong Kong Industries (FHKI) organised the Launching Ceremony of the 8th Industry Cares Recognition Scheme. The scheme is open for application from today to 31 July 2020. Upon accreditation, Caring certificates and the Industry Cares logo will be awarded to companies that organised or participated in at least three CSR events between 1 January 2019 and 30 June 2020. FHKI Chairman Dr Daniel Yip and Committee on Promoting CSR Chairman Alan Cheung expressed their gratitude to various parties for their support, including the Caring Partner China Construction Bank (Asia) and the supporting organisations.

Under Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development Bureau Dr Bernard Chan was invited as the Guest-of-Honour to officiate the ceremony. At the ceremony, the INNOSPHERE Founder Mr Steve Yeung and Mr Maurice Kwok; Tung Hing Automation Investment Ltd Vice President Mr Roy Lim shared how their company products and services could help spread positive messages to society. Besides, awardees of  “The Grand Award” Laws Fashion Group Ltd (Enterprise Group) and Future Lighting Collection Ltd (SME Group) shared their experience and tips for scheme application.
