FHKI Group 15 (Hong Kong Plastics Industry Council) and Group 26 (Environmental Industries Council) successfully organised the "Low-Carbon Plastic Demo Day 2024" on 25 October 2024 (Fri), attracting over 70 visitors from various sectors.

At the showcase, in addition to exhibiting companies presenting their latest plastic materials and technologies, three industry speakers were invited to share insights with participants on topics such as product lifecycle management, the manufacturing and use of sustainable plastics, supply chain management related to ESG branding, and waste plastic recycling and treatment.

The event concluded with a panel session hosted by Mr Jude Chow, FHKI Deputy Chairman and Group 26 Chairman, along with Mr Bernie Ting, Group 15 Chairman. The discussion, titled "Achieving Carbon Neutrality through Plastic Materials," engaged both the speakers and the audience in a meaningful dialogue about the sustainable development of the plastics industry and the promotion of knowledge exchange within the sector.
