Introduction to “Hong Kong Pavilion”
The Environmental Protection Department (EPD) of the Hong Kong SAR Government (HKSARG) has been actively promoting the development of the environmental industry of Hong Kong. EPD continues this year to set up a “Hong Kong Pavilion” in the 16th Edition of Eco Expo Asia to support Hong Kong’s environmental enterprises in showcasing their environmental technologies, services and products as well as facilitating them to exchange with Mainland and overseas business trade for exploring business opportunities.
This year, the Hong Kong Pavilion allies a total of 29 Hong Kong environmental companies and organisations showcasing a wide range of environmental technologies, services and products. They include air pollution, wastewater, waste and food waste treatment technologies and solutions; waste recovery and recycling facilities and technologies; energy efficient and renewable energy equipment and technologies; environmental testing and certification, consultancy for corporate sustainability and carbon management strategy; intelligent environmental monitoring solutions; design and manufacturing of eco-friendly products; etc. The thematic exhibition booths will showcase the latest development of EcoPark, the Recycling Fund and the Cleaner Production Partnership Programme. Furthermore, a dedicated meeting area is provided for participating exhibitors to conduct business matching and networking with visitors and other exhibitors through various activities such as meetings, seminars, promotional videos, etc.
