In order to assess the impact of the above new tax regulations on Hong Kong business operations in the Mainland, members are kindly requested to evaluate how the new law has influenced their business operations. Members should forward comments and suggestions on the Enterprise Income Tax Law to the secretariat no later than 20 February (Wednesday). The secretariat will collect members’ opinions and forward them to the government authorities in Hong Kong and the Mainland.
