FHKI co-organized this seminar on 12 October with S.A.S. System, Vision For Food, Hong Kong Food Council, Hong Kong Food Hygiene Administrators Association and Hong Kong Food & Science Technology Association Limited. Ronald Lau, Vice-President of Hong Kong Food Council and President of Hong Kong Food Hygiene Administrators Association, Dr Park Ng, Research Director of Vision For Food, Eric Ng, Auditor of HKQAA, and Y.S. Leung, Senior Superintendent of Centre for Food Safety were invited to share information on traceability in food manufacturing from various aspects. There was an overwhelming response to the seminar from the 50 participants who attended.
