The Hong Kong Q-Mark Service Scheme

     
This is a service scheme in which companies with service locations in Hong Kong, the mainland China and/or Macau can join.

How to Apply?
	Companies wishing to join the scheme have to complete an application form provided by the Hong Kong Q-Mark Council. Their service locations will be audited to evaluate whether they meet the Council's prescribed requirements.
	After the audit, and if the applied service location(s) meets requirements stipulated by the Scheme, a certificate will be awarded to the applied location(s). Such certificate authorises the applicant's location(s) to use the Q-Mark service logo at their service location(s) as a sign of quality excellence that is recognised by the Hong Kong Q-Mark Council. Surveillance audits will be performed on a quarterly basis to ensure that Q-Mark service location(s) are able to continuously maintain the high service standard required by the Council.
	Q-Mark certified companies are entitled to promote their services bearing the Q-Mark logo at their service locations.
