The Federation of Hong Kong Industries is a public body established under Chapter 321 of the Laws of Hong Kong. Our Intellectual Property Centre proactively promotes creativity and development of the business sector. We have over 20 years of professional experience in assisting local and overseas companies to process design, trademark registration and copyright work depository in Hong Kong, China, Japan, USA, Europe, South East Asia and other countries.
Our Centre works closely with the HKSAR Government including the Intellectual Property Department, Customs & Excise Department, Trade and Industry Department and other trade associations in promoting intellectual property rights awareness.
The Hong Kong Coalition for Intellectual Property Rights
The Hong Kong Coalition for Intellectual Property Rights was set up in 2005 to promote intellectual property rights awareness in Hong Kong and the Pearl River Delta. The Coalition acts and functions as a platform for the sharing of intellectual property information and experiences. With the support of our Intellectual Property Centre, the Coalition organises various events for members and groups to promote interaction.
'No Fakes' Pledge
The Intellectual Property Department, HKSAR has launched the 'No Fakes' Pledge Scheme. The Hong Kong Coalition for Intellectual Property Rights is appointed by the Intellectual Property Department, HKSAR as an issuing body of the 'No Fakes' Pledge Scheme to process label application for members.
