In the energy and power industry, environmental sustainability is a significant challenge. A major concern is how to lessen reliance on fossil fuels, decrease greenhouse gas emissions and reduce our contribution to global warming and climate change.

Environmental protection strategies have to become an integral part of corporate social responsibility and be managed proactively to ensure better sustainable efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, there must be greater accountability and conscience especially regarding society’s wishes for more sustainable products and processes.
